Klangraum Krems Minoritenkirche

Michael Bruckner & Martin Hofstetter "Klangvorhang“ (“Sound Curtain”)

Old enamel pots, a heap of plate junk and several liters of water make up for the material basis of Michael Bruckner and Martin Hofstetter’s live sound installation. Regular water drops generate poly-rhythmic patterns, which in turn create strange landscapes of sound in the special acoustic ambience of the Minorite church.

Michael Bruckner is a guitarist, a composer, a performer, a sound installation artist, and a constructor in various musical architectures.

Martin Hofstetter is an actor, a musician, and a filmmaker.
